2. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on www.pawzaro.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

3. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual item. We reserve the right to modify our product range at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Orders

Orders are placed online via our website. By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms of Sale. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card, and other methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.

7. Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 5 to 10 business days. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason. To do so, contact us at support@pawzaro.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Warranties

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

11. Liability

PawZaro shall not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@pawzaro.com If no amicable resolution is reached, you may refer the matter to a certified mediator or the competent French courts. 13. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
